Enacting positive change and enhancing the safety of District 25
Kenneth Paek is working hard to earn your support as he campaigns to represent District 25 in the Assembly.
Our Mission
Our campaign is focused on improving public safety in New York through strategic initiatives and strong community partnerships. We are committed to addressing immigration concerns by implementing thorough background checks and ensuring responsible, effective use of taxpayer resources. Additionally, we advocate for halting the expansion of community jails and shelters by promoting sustainable, long-term solutions that benefit both individuals and the community. Our goal is to create a safer, more equitable environment for all New York residents. Together, we can build a stronger, more secure future for our city.

Affordable housing is crucial for hard-working New York City and New York State residents who struggle to cope with the high cost of living. Owning or renting a comfortable home in a safe area is a dream for many, but addressing how to turn this dream into a goal is essential. Implementing specific measures such as zoning reforms for mixed-income and multiple-use areas, incentivizing affordable housing, and combating predatory practices in loans, bureaucracy, and contracts can help achieve this dream.

Law and order are crucial for the well-being of the New York metro area. They play a significant role in minimizing business disruptions and helping residents live their lives without fear. Proper measurements, training, and support are essential to ensure effective policing. No one should have to worry about being a victim of any violent person-to-person crime. Every individual deserves to live in a safe and secure neighborhood and have access to a high quality of life. To reduce crime, we need to start by influencing at-risk youths, reducing recidivism, and supporting the police with the necessary tools.

Immigrants have played an integral role in building New York and New York City into what they are today. The people make New York City the greatest and the best. While New York is committed to supporting diversity, we must maintain safety and security for current residents. We must be cautious of trends and fads. We want the best, and we are the best. We must work together to combat rumors and misinformation that divide and destabilize us. All immigrants who come to New York for a better life and to become Americans should have a clear path. Still, those with malicious intentions must face consequences. We should work hand in hand with federal agencies to reduce our burden and meet basic safety and security standards. Our current path is a dishonor to the hard-working and law-abiding immigrants who came before us and paved the way for us.

New York residents are struggling with inflation and the soaring cost of living. As a significant economic hub, New York City requires a robust economy to combat high inflation. Creating jobs, making responsible investments, and ensuring fiscal responsibility are crucial to stabilizing inflation. We must analyze the impact of added costs on businesses and consumers.
-
The future of New York is dependent on the quality of education we provide to our children. We must prioritize outcome-driven curricula that equip our students with the knowledge and life skills they need to learn and grow into responsible adults. Rather than mindlessly following, we must encourage students to question and think critically. To achieve this, we require the support of the people and the state. Ensuring safety and security within schools should be a top priority. A. safe environment allows students to explore all ideas without any fear of judgment. It helps them mature their views through diverse interactions and open conversations.

New York prides itself on its diversity. Racism and discrimination in any form are not acceptable in New York. Providing transparency in employment, education, and criminal justice data will help reduce racial disparity. Prioritizing merit, character, and ability over racial affiliation or perception is essential. We need the best people in the correct positions to do amazing things to achieve greatness.

Healthy people create healthy environments. Therefore, access to healthcare is essential. The healthcare industry needs to be transparent in both practice and billing. Despite the steady increase in healthcare costs, the sector still needs modernization and data security. Given that this industry is critical for everyone and holds a significant amount of our information, it is unacceptable not to prioritize these issues.
